Booking

Treatment fees are payable either in person - in cash or by debit card. However, if you do not have any cards, a non-refundable cash payment is required, at least two days prior to your appointment.

Cancellation

At least 24 hours' notice is required.

Receipts

A receipt is given for every payment by whatever method. In addition, a receipt is produced by the electronic terminal for all card payments, whether made in person or by telephone, and we give you the customer copy.

Valuables

We recommend that you leave your jewellery at home as we cannot accept any responsibility for your property.
